Originally from Bogota Colombia, Nicolas "Nick" Morales moved to Texas with his parents when he was only four months old. Although he want born here, he got here as fast as he could. Calling DFW home for his entire life, he attended Texas Christian University (Go Frogs!) where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a double minor in Political Science and Religion.
Nick always knew he wanted to be an attorney, and knew that he wanted to call DFW home forever, so he took the opportunity of law school to live out of state. He went to Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. While at Gonzaga, Nick was the Student Bar Association Representative for his class, as well as the Executive Lt. Governor for the ABA Law Student 12th Circuit. Additionally, Nick was part of the Moot Court Honor Counsel serving on the National Trial Team for Gonzaga and winning the Linden Cup his 2L year after presenting arguments in front of judges from the Washington and Idaho Supreme Courts.
His work experience include internships with the Dallas County District Attorney's Office, the Law Office of James Vasilas, student-attorney for the Kalispell Tribe, and a Clerkship with the Federal Public Defenders Office. He currently practices as an immigration associate at the firm where he puts his experience as an immigrant to this country and having gone through the Naturalization process to better understand his clients needs and provide quality legal representation.
In his free time, Nick likes to cheer on his beloved Frogs, all DFW sports teams, play the piano, and plan his wedding to his fiance Maria in 2019.
